Who publishes this site

This website is published by Aquino & Kings LLC, a limited liability company based in Circleville, Ohio, United States ("we", "us", "our"). You can reach us about anything on this page at m.aquino@aquinokings.com.

What this site collects

Nothing. This site has no contact form, no newsletter signup, no account, no search, and no comment function. It sets no cookies and uses no local or session storage. It runs no analytics, no advertising or conversion tags, no session recording, and no fingerprinting. It runs no JavaScript at all. It loads no fonts, scripts, images, or other files from third-party servers, so no third party learns that you visited.

Hosting and server logs

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. As with any web host, Vercel's servers record technical request data in order to deliver the page and to protect the service from abuse. That data typically includes the IP address of the visiting device, the date and time of the request, the page or file requested, the response status, and the browser's user agent string. This happens automatically at the network level and is not something we switch on or configure.

We do not query, export, analyse, or profile those logs for marketing or any other purpose, and we do not combine them with information from any other source. Vercel's own handling of that data is described in its privacy policy.

If you email us

If you write to the address above, we receive whatever you choose to put in your message, including your email address and any name or signature block your mail program adds. We use it only to answer you and to keep a record of the exchange, and we keep it no longer than is useful for that purpose. We do not add anyone to a mailing list.

Email is not a secure channel. Please do not send sensitive personal information, account numbers, or confidential material by email. See "Contacting us does not create a relationship" under Terms of Use below.

No sale, no sharing, no tracking signals to honour

We do not sell personal information, we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we do not disclose it to third parties except where we are required to do so by law or legal process. Because this site does no tracking of any kind, there is nothing for a Do Not Track header or a Global Privacy Control signal to switch off. We honour those signals by default, simply by not tracking.

Children

This site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13 years of age. If you believe a child has sent us information, write to us and we will delete it.

Where we operate

Aquino & Kings LLC is a United States company. This site is controlled and operated from the United States, is written for a United States audience, and is not directed at, marketed to, or intended for individuals in any other jurisdiction. We make no representation that the materials on this site are appropriate or available for use outside the United States. If you access the site from elsewhere, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with your local law.

Your choices

Because we hold no personal information about visitors to this site, there is in practice nothing to access, correct, or delete. If you have written to us and want to know what we still hold, or want it deleted, tell us at the address above. We aim to respond within 30 days. If we need longer, we will tell you why and when to expect an answer. We will not discriminate against you for making a request.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice as the site changes. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be reflected on this page; we do not maintain a separate mailing list to notify anyone.

You may view this site and print or download individual pages for your own non-commercial reference. Any other use requires our prior written permission, including reproduction, redistribution, publication, framing, mirroring, modification, creation of derivative works, and any commercial use. You may not use our name or logo in a way that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship.

Acceptable use

Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

Aquino & Kings LLC wants this site to work for everyone, including people who browse with a screen reader, by keyboard only, with magnification or high contrast, with speech input, or with animation turned down. We treat accessibility as part of building the site, not as something bolted on afterwards.

Conformance status

This statement covers www.aquinokings.com. The site is built to target the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. We believe the site meets that level, but we do not claim full conformance and we have not commissioned a formal third-party audit or certification. We say "target" rather than "conformant" deliberately: we would rather be accurate than reassuring.

Measures we take

• semantic HTML with one main heading per page and a single main landmark
• the company name published as real text, not locked inside an image
• decorative images marked as decorative, so they are not announced twice
• a visible focus outline on every link, so keyboard users can see where they are
• text and background contrast measured against the 4.5:1 minimum, with a measured worst case of about 6:1
• the entrance animation switches itself off when your system asks for reduced motion, and the page is fully readable if the animation never runs
• the page language declared in the markup, so screen readers use the right pronunciation
• no time limits, no auto-playing media, no flashing content, no pop-ups, and no interstitials

Technical specifications

The site relies on HTML, CSS, and SVG. It runs no JavaScript at all, so nothing on it depends on scripting being available or on a particular assistive technology being scripted around. It should work in any modern browser and with any current screen reader.

No accessibility overlay

We deliberately do not use an accessibility overlay, widget, or automated "accessibility toolbar". Overlays frequently interfere with the assistive technology people already use and have been shown to create barriers rather than remove them. We would rather fix the underlying markup. If you have encountered overlays elsewhere and are wondering why there is no button here, that is why.

Assessment approach

We check this site by hand, in the browser, against the WCAG 2.1 Level AA success criteria, including keyboard-only navigation, screen reader output, and measured colour contrast. The site is small enough that manual review is more reliable than an automated scan. It has not been evaluated by an external auditor.

Feedback and how to reach us

If any part of this site blocks you, we want to hear about it, and we would rather hear about it too often than not at all. Write to m.aquino@aquinokings.com and, if you can, tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and which device, browser, and assistive technology you were using. You do not need to know the technical details to report something.

We aim to acknowledge your message within five business days, and to give you either a fix, a workaround, or a realistic timeline within ten business days. If something takes longer than that, we will tell you where it stands rather than go quiet. Whatever the state of the website, we will always give you the information you were after by another route, in a format that works for you.

This statement was prepared on July 31, 2026 and reflects the site as it stood on that date. It follows the structure recommended by the W3C Web Accessibility Initiative for accessibility statements. We review it whenever the site changes.
